Thank you for this comparison. I've been getting 12-24 packs of a few different ones lately. I haven't tried Polychromos or Prismacolours yet. I was looking at Polychromos. I like a few of Derwent's ranges, Stadler's and F-C Blacks. I really liked your green blend on the Polychromos. It kinda looked like all 3 sets went to a muddy brown mix in the red/purple blends, still nice to know. Thanks.

Hello Amanda! I am late watching this as you see. I am sorry to hear that your dad is having the hip issues. . I know that can require a lot of time to heal. Sorry that you are having more health problems yourself. My life got turned upside down in March so I can relate.

Cute robin. I have always thought it interesting that in the UK the robin is associated with Christmas. Here in U.S. we associate it with spring and use cardinals on Christmas cards. Thanks for the bulk making tips! Great cards!

I love these little cards! I especially love them because I love Rudolph! I usually send about 60 Christmas cards. One year I cross-stitched Rudolph exactly like this on perforated paper (it was actually more of a card stock thickness ) made for cross-stitching. They were absolutely adorable, and so fun to do. But do you know what? Not a single person commented on them after receipt! I used to say I sent Christmas cards to keep in touch with people that do not live nearby, hoping they would get in touch but no one ever did. So one year I whittled down my Christmas list to about 15 or 20 people that I did keep in touch with on a regular basis like family and close close friends. I did that for a couple years and then I started back sending cards to my big list again. I know people loved my handmade cards, because how could they not!, and probably did appreciate hearing from me and also just getting a card in the mail at Christmas since not many people do that anymore. But more than anything, I make the cards for myself, and not others--I used to worry about whether people would like my cards, then I decided to just let them go and not worry about it, because I got such joy out of making them. Card making has been my thing for the last 10 years. It brings me joy, so I’m glad I share that still. I also give cards to a nursing home at Christmas time, calling ahead and making sure I give them enough for each resident! Sorry for the long comment, but you are probably surmising, correctly, that I am binge watching your Christmas card playlist!
